People

Our experienced team of employee benefits professionals has been at the coal-face of the ever-changing employee benefits industry for decades. This means that we do the work, we don’t just talk about it!

Our experience, expertise and unique client insights allow us to anticipate how changes in the employee benefits industry will impact on our advice, services and products and allow us to continuously develop and maintain robust employee benefit solutions and strategies that improve the retirement outcomes of the employees and members we serve.

Our principal aim is facilitating the optimal application of every cent contributed by and on behalf of employees towards retirement funds and other ancillary insured benefit arrangements.

This ensures meaningful financial outcomes for our clients at retirement and relevant benefits in the event of death, disablement or other life-changing events prior to retirement.

Clients

We are administrators to retirement funds nationally with a total membership of 50,000, advisors to retirement funds with a total membership of 200,000.

Our clients include a variety of umbrella funds, local and multi-national corporations, trade unions and bargaining councils.

Philosophy

PEOPLE are core to Ensimini – our people and, most importantly – our clients’ people.

At Ensimini our people differentiate us from our competitors. Our founder and shareholders are all directors of the business and are intimately involved in the daily business.

Our people are carefully selected based on attitude, diversity, skills, experience and qualifications and then divided into client-centric teams to ensure that we are aligned and matched to our clients’ expectations, culture and processes.

These teams have a flat operational structure focussed on our principal aim of optimising the retirement funding journey of contributors and the provision of relevant ancillary insured benefits.

Our people understand and appreciate most of South Africa’s indigenous languages and cultures. This improves our ability to serve as modern-day advisors, navigators and pathfinders of specialist employee benefit solutions to any organisation and retirement fund.

Our PROCESSES and technology platforms are built with people in mind – not numbers.

The technology that underpins our service offerings was developed as an enabler of the processes we have designed with the single-minded aim of optimising contributions towards retirement funding and ancillary insured benefits.

We continuously seek ways to harness the power of the rapid advancement in technology to improve cost structures, member communication and regulatory compliance.

This results in:

  • Improved depth and quality of member data we hold on record;
  • Reduced claim payment turnaround times;
  • Enhanced transparency and stakeholders’ access to real-time information; and
  • Reduced costs for the benefit of members and employees.
